Flying a helicopter yourself – a unique experience!
Fulfill your childhood dream: Enter the fascinating world of helicopter flying. As a helicopter pilot for a day, you'll experience a realistic introduction to helicopter training – including two flight sessions with dual controls, theory lessons, and professional support from a flight instructor.
Course of the experience:
- Theory (approx. 1 hour): Introduction to navigation, aerodynamics, flight behavior, weather & technology
- First trial flight (50 min): Active at the controls with several landings
- Lunch: Refreshment before the next flight
- Theory & debriefing of the 1st flight (approx. 1 hour)
- Second trial flight (50 min.)
- Theory & final briefing including flight report (approx. 1 hour)
No prior knowledge necessary – you will receive professional support!
Duration: Approx. 6 hours – bookable Monday to Friday

The trial flights can only be booked from the age of 16!
The times indicated are pure flight times (start to engine shutdown).
The main purpose of a trial flight is to get to know the aircraft. Before the flight, you will receive a theoretical briefing of around 15-30 minutes directly on the helicopter, after which you will pilot the helicopter together with a professional flight instructor.
To keep the noise pollution in the area as low as possible, move away from the airfield to practice the various maneuvers.
This flight is not a normal sightseeing flight. You will learn the more technical side of flying and find out how to fly, for example, take-off, landing and changing direction. You will not fly into the mountains on this flight.
